ScanLAB Workshops is run by architecture graduates Matthew Shaw and William Trossell.

ScanLAB explores the potential of large scale terrestrial laser scanning as tool for design, visualisation and fabrication. We use a range of state of the art 3D scanning technologies to capture buildings, objects and spaces.

Our workshop program introduces a wide audience to the basics of laser scanning technology. Students participating will experiment with the use of large scale scanning as a tool for film making, visualisation and fabrication.

ScanLAB Workshops feeds on our commercial and experimental practice currently working with designers, artists and scientists on a worldwide portfolio of projects.
